Features of Injection Mould:

The practical experience is fully used by our R&D center, which improves the application of high technologies. In the course of designing, through simulating rheology of copolymer with the aid of computers, the mold or die will be analyzed, thus gaining runners with accurate designs. Also, the most advanced computer moulding engineering technologies are adopted to ensure the best geometric designs for our PET bottle or PE cap preform injection molds.

PET Bottle Preform Injection Mould

1. We can supply the maximum cavities preform injection mold (96 cavities).

2. To make lightweight bottle, it will be designed with CAD.

3. The thickness tolerance is less than ± 0.05mm.

4. The weight tolerance is of less than ± 0.3g.

5. The adoption of international advanced double taper locking technology ensures the lifespan of our product. 6. It offers a valve gate system which is similar as MHT & Husky.

7. This product adopts excellent hot runner design, guaranteeing a balanced flow rate and no dead space.

8. Low crystallization rate at the gate of preform injection die.

9. It is applied with advanced temperature closed-loop control system, ensuring lower AA (acetaldehyde) level.

10. The mold core, mold cavity, and screw are manufactured from Germany Din 2316 steel.

PE Cap Injection Mold

The cap moulds that Jwe OYSUN can supply are mineral water cap mould, beverage cap mould, 5gallon cap mould, anti-pilfer cap mould, shampoo cap mould, different kinds of oil cap mould, sport cap mould, cosmetics cap mould, wine cap mould, etc.

1.The cap mould is designed with 3D computer drawing and therefore the product yield rate is enhanced.

2.The cap mould is made of high grade steels from Japan and imported P20 and 2316 steel etc.

3.The cap mould id designed with advanced second-level taper positioning technology and slide type independent self-locking, hence the concentricity of the product is guaranteed.

4.Cap mould adopts advanced and reasonable design, each cavity having independent temperature controller & heating system, which boasts an even heating temperature and keeps product with reliable and stable quality.

5.Cap mould has independent condensation system in each mould cavity and mould core. Mould cavity is replaceable, so that the label atop can be changed.
