Pilot scale test and industry scale airlift fermentation tank

SPECIFICATIONS:

(1)ALF external loop airlift fermentor was HighKe patent products ( ZL200520070 555.X), it's special designed for high DO and well mixture demand of process.

(2) Its unique structure enhanced broth periodic through the mass transfer area, which will be enhanced according to rheological properties of fermentation broth and the design features of microbial metabolism, microbial growth and to meet the demand for the product generated.

(3)Practice has proved that it industries for high biomass, high viscosity, high- density development, high dissolved oxygen, high- oil system, microbial fermentation has significant advantages.

Working principle: the air through a new type of gas injector tube form a mixed gas-liquid mixture, enhanced mixing liquid mass transfer, and creating fluid weight difference in the tube which driving the whole outside of fluid circulation.

Characteristic:

(1)Air agitated, lower shear injury, well mixing, and high dissolved oxygen levels, low energy consumption, noise, high-loading coefficient, low maintenance costs; no moving parts, no mechanical seal, anti-bacteria pollution.

(2)High ratio of height to diameter and circulation pipe, type of mixing area can be designed based on the customer's fermentation requirements and CFD results to reach high efficiency and energy saving.

Application: (1)for high-biomass of mildew or actinomyces culture, low shear injury to sensitive filamen-tous;

(2)for high viscosity fermentation culture, can take advantage of the high viscosity of the Rheological Properties of culture, and lower its apparent viscosity and improve mass transfer rate; oil system for fermentation, to improve the status of oil-water emulsion;

(3) In short, ALF can increase dissolved oxygen levels, to speed up the rate of microbial growth and metabolism to shorten the fermentation cycle, to raise the level of fermentation.

HighKe provides this ALF outside circulation air- lift fermentor, currently the largest tank volume of 200M3, for the production of organic acids.

bacterial fermentation (microbial polysaccharides, hemp bio-retting, malic acid); yeast fermentation (glycerol, oil dewaxing, pyruvate); fungal fermentation (β -carotene, 5'- nucleotide) ; actinomycetes fermentation (PAM)
