The machine is mainly used in the industries of pharmaceutical, chemical,food and

cosmetic for grinding of raw material into fine grains.

Working Principle: the machine is vertical and can finish crushing and classification between material and dust at the same time. The whole system consists of main machine, cyclone separator, collecting box, unloading machine, induced graft fan, machine support, material feeding machine, classification equipment, material discharge pipe, power drive and control cabinet. Crusher chamber and classification chamber are inside the machine. When operating, the quantitative spiral feeder will push material into the crushing chamber under the draught fan’s negative pressure. The material will be stroke, clashed and cut between the grinding disc and gear ring. All material also strike, clash and cut each other in the high vortex speed. The broken material will be pushed by airflow into classification chamber through classification ring. Because the classification wheel is rotating constantly and the powder is influenced by air and centrifugal force, the powder which is larger than the required size will be throw back to crushing chamber, otherwise the powder will be drained out from material discharge pipe and collected.
