USE

The perfume will be completed within the the process of measurement, refining, cooling, filtration via KRXSJ perfume preparation machine.

This machine consists of thermal cooling tanks, filtration system, circulation system, cooling system, control box, and so on.

Structure

1. thermal cooling tank : open the cover above, discharging at the end of the the ramp.

With thermal vertical structure, the material of the tank is SUS304 stainless steel, and the thermal material is PU.

2. one set filtration system

Including: 2 sets one core filtration cell of 10 inch, Each one polypropylene filter of 1um and 0.1um of 10 inch

3. one set refrigeration system,

Including: condenser, floor, fan, inlet air-cooled head, solenoid valves, ALCO filter, high and low repression,high and low pressure table, dan fosi expansion valve, storage liquid bottle, hand valves, electronic temperature control with frost, one set box and evaporator, as well as φ20 stainless steel coil.

4.circulating system use pneumatic diaphragm pump cycle , diameter: 1 / 2’, material: PP

5. electronic control system: pressure display: first degree filtration pressure, second degree filtration pressure,one batch operation button indicator, one piece stainless steel electrical control box

6. sanitary pipe connections: all use pipe connection of santitary level, easy to dismount and maintenance

7. stainless steel stents: welded by the overal use of square stainless steel
