ZQ-III-D Industrial roll slitting rewinder has the function of producing both Jumbo Toilet Tissue(Industrial roll) and normal Toilet roll. The slitting and rewinding can be synchronized done.

Main features:

1. Winding with air shaft.

2. Unwind stand: jumbo reel is pneumatic unwinding , with manually paper tension adjusting

unit and lateral adjusting unit for each jumbo reel.

3. Pneumatic loading of jumbo reel can greatly reduce the working tension.

4. *Edge-embosser unit: Individual pneumatic-controlled embosser bearing,

with high-hardness bottom roller.

5. *Automatic tail-trimming and sealing unit: the trimming,

gluing and sealing can be synchronized done.
