Introduction:

The hydraulic pump is a special pump for Shanghai SHEN WEI DA brand paper cutter.In the meantime,it is applicable for POLAR cutters (instead of the original POLAR hydraulic pump)

(Note:when install,don't adjust the belt too tight, otherwise you will put the oil pump shaft of skeleton oil seal to ruin will lead to leak ).

Installation manual:

This pump is a kind of precision product, need correct installation to avoid appear hanging phenomenon, therefore,pay attention as below:

1, Before you want to change the vane pump, clean oil-filter screen,bolts and connect body first, especially the objects on the screen, screen screw on the connector body should be no net cloth.

2, Before you install the new pump, Do not remove the main and auxiliary pump of oil discharge hole nylon dust cover, but open nylon dust cover of oil supply hole, then inject some kerosene. Hand twisted out of the shaft, repeatedly spin, pump blades curves on the circumference of a circle motion adjustable, easy to boot out, then add the hydraulic oil into the pump.

3, When assembling, vane pump inlet to tighten, but Lord and vice stretched thread temporarily don't tighten pump, motor point start several time,after discharging inside the tube and air in the pump (see the Lord and the auxiliary pump oil without bubble) and tighten the Lord and auxiliary pump of the thread. After a long car, such a pump blade is easy to throw, to produce stress.

4, If the machine stop using for a few days, when work again, motor point start several times, make long car again after the blade. In this way, vane pump is not easy to hang occur.

In the meantime,you need change often and clean the hydraulic oil. Proper use can improve the quality of the pump and prolong the service life.
