Use:

It is for making different sizes of spiral paper tube, especially the large paper tube.

Features:

This model is our famous product because of its good working performance. It fits to produce most of the industrial paper cores by a fast speed stably. Besides, it is easier to operate than the large paper core machine.

Paper Roll Stand:It has independent shelf for paper rolls hanging and, the quantity of shelf is according to the

layers ofpaper. Normally, weprovide paper roll stand for 25 layers of paper.
Gluing unit:There are two gluing ways that the customer can choose:single-side gluing, double-side

gluing. Asusually, the double sides automatic gluing way is adopted. The thickness ofglue can be adjusted easily.
Winding unit:adopt four winding heads for winding. It is strong andpowerful which can make hard and good paper

tube.
Driving unit:The 2 winding heads are driven by AC motor with strongpower and stepless speed changing. The

motor isdriven by the frequencyconverter. It works stable and not to crash machine.
Cutting unit:Use hydraulic system or servo motor system for the cutter; automatic cutting. Itworks stably. It adopts

the high-hard knife forcutting.The cutting edge is complete andbeautiful.
Digital Process:adopts PLC with automatic program for controlling; all the controlbuttons are gathered to a panel

which maketheoperation convenient; The sensitive sensor checks and counts the length and then the machine

cutsautomatically. It has agood synchronism.
Remarks:When changing the mould, the machine can make tubes withdifferent diameters and thickness;The

paper tube diameter is made by the mold; a machine can make different diameters by different molds.

The paper tube thickness is made by the user. The user can make different thicknesses by adding or reducingthe

quantity of paper layer.The maximum speed depends on the inner diameter and the wall thickness of tube;

different sizes have differentmaximum speed.
