Mass mixer is used for mixing dry or dump materialsand used for tablet granulation. It consists of a 'U' shaped trough,discharge valve, solid SS end plates, SS shaft with specially designedpaddles. The shaft is coupled with heavy duty gear box & motor. Theshaft is supported on heavy duty bearing blocks at both the ends andprovided with teflon seals & stuffing box.

Top cover isprovided with acrylic sheet for easy visibility during mixingoperation. The motor- gear box assembly is completely covered inenclosure control panel box is provided with the machine with reverseand forward switch for the shaft. MS parts are epoxy painted or claddedwith SS sheet for GMP model. All SS parts are polished to mirror finishfrom inside and outside parts are malt finished.

Salient Features :
Standard and GMP model with contact parts in SS 304/ SS 316 quality.
Specially designed flush type outlet valve or butterfly valve (optional).
Top cover with acrylic sheet. The cover is connected to limit switchfor the safety purpose. Machine automatically stops as soon as thecover is opened during the operation for the safety of operator.
Shaft sealing at inside and out side with teflon bush and SS stuffing box at outside.
Solid stainless steel end covers and frame work on the trough in evenstandard models for long troublefree life of the machine.
