c.Bumpers:High energy absorbing bumpers for cab and crane travel end carriages are to be provided.

d. Safety Catches:Safety catches for signals load hooks (Hoist hook) are to be provided.

e. Main isolator switch:Crane main isolator switches complete with indication light and pad lockable in OFF position

andPVC cabling up to crane power conducting system.

f. Alarm:Alarm and rotating blinkers, when crane is in longitudinal and cross traveling are to be provided.

g. Overload safety:Overload alarm and safety stop is to be provided.

h. Emergency stop: Emergency stop mechanism is to be provided.

i. Speeds:Motors of at least two-speeds are to be provided for the followings:

2.	Cross Travel (m/min)	20(2/20) and variable speed

Electrical and Electronic Components

1. The protection classification of all motor enclosure and the control pendant are to be IP 54 motor protection.

2. All motors are should have minimum class F insulation.

3. All motors are to be provided with thermal overload protection.

Material and Workmanship

All materials is to be used the double girder electric overhead crane is new and the best of their respective kinds under

wellknown international standards, codes and regulations.

Safety Devices

The double girder electric hoist overhead crane is provided with mechanical and electrical safety devices to avoid to the

operator and damage to the crane.

Labeling

All information written on the electric wire rope hoist lifting is English Language.

Safety warning and any other information critical to the operation and maintenance of the machine is to be attached on the

Corrosion Protection and Painting

International standard corrosion protection and painting to be applied on the double girder electric overhead crane and

followingare to be complied.

a. Painting.The crane and its structures are to be painted with epoxy type paints or any other high quality paints before

shipment.Detailed paint schemes with type and dry film thickness of each coat are to be clearly specified in the offer.

Surface preparation is up to at least SA 2.50 before application of paint.

b. Colour Scheme:

(1)	Steel structures	Golden yellow,Red ,blue etc according customer's demand
(2)	Hoist, motors and contactor boxes

c.All markingson the crane, hoist, etc shall be in English language.

Erection and Installation of Crane

a. Installation of the crane will be done by the purchaser under the supervision of the supplier’s engineer.

b. The supplier will be fully responsible for satisfactory test and trial of the crane

c. General workshop facilities along with required personnel for machining,, welding, gas cutting, painting, mechanical

fitting,electrical fitting, etc may be provided by the purchaser during installation,

Inspection, Test/Trial and Acceptance

a. The maker shall carryout inspection and test of the relevant components as per ISO/DIN rules before shipment and

providecertificate to that effect.With the offer the supplier must specify in detail the scheme of the inspections, test and trial

Warranty

a. Warranty for trouble free operation will be provided

By the principal /manufacturer for all the supplied items for a period of at least 12 months from the date of acceptance
