Overhead Traveling Cranes

The 5~20000t overhead traveling cranes have high quality and advanced technical performance. They include overhead travelling cranes with grab, magnet or lifting beam; two-purpose and three-purpose E.O.T. cranes, E.O.T. isolation cranes, E.O.T. explosion-proof cranes, E.O.T. cranes with double-trolley and three-trolley and so on. The new series DHQD overhead traveling cranes have such advantages as light weight, small overall dimensions, high exchangeability of components and parts, energy conservation and environmental protection. Moreover, they can reduce the customers’ capital investment at the preliminary phase of project and meet the customers’ individualized demand up to the hilt. Gantry Cranes

Cranes for Metallurgic Plants

The company has provided more than 15,000 cranes for metallurgic plants at home and abroad, which including all series ladle cranes, cranes with magnet lifting beam, slab tongs cranes, coil tongs cranes, ingot handling cranes, charging cranes, claw cranes, with lifting capacities of below 480t, and lifting implements etc. The products are served for large-scale steel plants in China and more than 30 foreign metallurgical enterprises in many countries such as Russia, Brazil and so on, and always keep higher large market share.

Polar Cranes for Nuclear Power Station

On the basis of developing the first domestic polar crane for the nuclear power station in the 1990’s, the company has put into execution the strategy of technological innovation of localization of polar cranes for the nuclear power station of 1,000 MW and is the first fixed-point base for developing the third generation polar cranes for the nuclear power stations. The company developed the first polar crane for the nuclear power station of 1,000 MW that is used in the Phase II project of Guangdong Ling'ao Nuclear Power Station. The polar cranes that are designed and manufactured for the nuclear power stations in Hongyanhe, Ningde, Yangjiang, Fuqing and so on are being erected or manufactured.

Special Cranes

The special cranes include explosion-proof cranes, 10~200t quenching cranes, 80~550t forging cranes, portal cranes, multifunctional units for aluminum (or copper) electrolysis, multi-purpose anode calcinate cranes, sluice-gate gantry cranes for hydroelectric power stations and so on.
