2. Good sharpening, all diamond are ordered arranged which can achieve the best sharpening performance.
3. diamond are ordered to be 45°arrangement on the surface of segment which realized the best gauge protection effect. The harder the formation the better the drilling performance.
4. Laser welding has higher welding strength compared to other process like frequency welding which increased the combine ability between segment and steel body.
5. Long life time has been repeated test. Laser welded segment increased the bit’s life time to 100 m/pc even drilling in vocalic, quartz silicide layer.
