First,Structure and working principle

As the water in soybean is not easy to get rid of, our company design the special drying equipment for bean dregs. The dryer is mainly composed of heat supply, feeding machine, rotary drum, a discharging machine, draft fan, unloading and distribution cabinet. The dehydrated bean dregs have been sent into the drying machine, with the stirring of stirring plate, then got full contact with hot air. Under the action of stirring plate and hot medium during the drying process, wet bean dregs get dry and drain from the discharging valve with star shape. After the analysis of bean dregs and drying test verification, the procedure parameters, equipment technical parameters, structure selection and design have been settled down. With fully considering the characteristics such as high protein content, high viscosity of bean dregs, our company adopted a series of special procedures in the design to ensure good drying effect.
