1. When general operating pressure is at the range of0.7~1.0 Mpa, the initial differential pressure will be at0.15~0.25 bar.
2. Oil content of compressed air can be controlled between3ppm and 6ppm. Oil mist particles in compressed air can be controlled within0.1μm.
3. Air oil separator is made ofultra-fine glass fiber from USA HV co. and Lydall co.. Oil-air mixture in compressed air can be filtered completely when it passes through oil element.
4. We developed fine process ofrolling welding, spot weldingand the latesttwo-component adhesiveto ensure mechanical strength of air oil separator element and normal operation in above120°Cheat.
5. Service life of air oil separator is3500~5200h, which depends on many factors: design of air oilseparatorcylinder,regular maintenance, environmental cleanliness, quality of lubricants, operating temperature, quality of air oil separator.
