Main bed / extension beam
Headstock and synchronizer

Fixedly mounted on one side of the main bed. Six clamp cylinders are well- installed on the headstock. Headstock in equippen with a synchronizer which ensures six clamp cylinders to grip drilling tools simultaneously and the error does not exceed 5%.

tailstock

It has four sets of running gear, the height is adjustable which ensure the error does not exceed 1mm between the clamping center of tailstock and headstock. Tailstock is also equipped with a synchronizer, just like the headstock do.

Spinner

The spinner clamps the workpiece with two horizontal cylinders, rapid screwing by four friction rollers driven by four hydraulic motors.

Push / pull device

The cylinder has rotating connected ear, particularyly suitable for assembly and disassembly of the screw rotor. The working pressure can control by hydraulic console.

Support jack

Driven by hydraulic cylinder and the lifting height is control proportionally through hydraulic system to ensure the support jack is at the same level with clamping center.

Hydraulic system

All the hydraulic components are imported that make the system has stable and reliable performance.

Torque monitor system

Torque monitor system is optional, it use touch screen PC and Windows xp pro OS. Albe to save sets of data for printing and review.
