	Mounting	Drive assembly mounted on a tubular framework, integrated to the main support structure of the Blender. The drive and gear assemblies are shrouded in a SS cover, screwed down to the framework. Access doors on hinges are provided for maintenance.

	Mechanism	Output from the gear reducer drives direct coupled motor. Shaft runs through a self-aligning pillow type bearing block. Shaft offered at a flange connection for ease of alignment.

4.3	Support Frame	Tubular support frame, ‘A’ profiled at both ends of the body. Support designed to achieve wide base for distribution of the turning mass load and moment. Two sections tied together with a cross member at the rear. Top of the stand truncated with pad plate for mounting the Pillow blocks. Guardrails fixed at the front and the rear of the stand.

	Upper section	Trapezoidal frustum rectangle-to-rectangle 270 ht. Upper end with a rectangular opening for man entry.
	Man Entry port	Rectangular 400 X 500. Port with loose independent lid sitting flush to the body. Girth flange for the port square section with groove for square gasket. Lid flange flat face. Fastening by swing bolts with ring nuts all along the opening sides, to ensure powder tight closure.
	Internal Baffle	Bolted baffles running along the diagonal at the central shell OR along the length of the shell. Baffles in two halves or single piece with eccentric locking arrangement. Baffle removal through the man entry port.
