(I.)Usages:

1.It is manily used for producing nonwoven fabrics It can convert fleeciness fiber or cotton into needle punched cotton,such as sofa cushion,spring,mattress,carpeting and blanket, geotextile fabrics.

The needle punching machine unit consists of One waste rags tearing&opening machine(which can tear and open waste clothes into waste fiber/ waste cotton;) One cotton plucker, (which used d for pluckering materials around it such as cotton or fibers, transfering them to next procedure, it will save energy and workers, with high capacity and efficiency ;

One opening machine (1040mm),One carding machine(2100-4500mm) with chute feeder,One needle machine(2100mm-4500mm) with winder and cutter .The necessary parts include 1set Fan motor,3sets Main motors,3sets Speed reducers and 1set Electric control cabinet(system) .
