The tea bag packing machine TPY-18 is a special machine for to packing the tea bag with inner bag and outside bag.
The machine will finish the work automatically for: A, inner bag: bag making, measure, filling, append string and tag, sealing, cutting; B, outside bag: bag making, feeding the inner bag, sealing, and cutting.

Packing material: the filtrate paper (can be heating sealed) for inner bag; The plastic film for outside bag.

45# steel chromeplate for parts which non-contact parts which are exposed, such as cutting, sealing roller, reel holder shaft, feed rollers, hopper support, etc;
Electronic eye-mark registration device with stepping motor with ATM-19 controller for sealing and cutting the sachet on the packaging film “color mark”;
Color tape typer printing the date on the sachet;
Model PXR-4 PID automatic temperature controller make the sealing temp accurate;
Taian(Taiwan) 4th generation VVVF speed control for controlling packing speed from 50% to 100% stepless;
Auto warning for the products empty;

All electrical switches as per CE norms.
