2. The manufacturing engineering

(1)When we finish the welding of the main structure of our machine, we usually keep the main structure natural placed for 3 months. We do this work in order to make “natural aging(that is to say we dispel the stress )”. Only we do this work can we keep the main structure from becoming imbalanced and prevent the main structure from parameter changes.

(2)After the work of making “natural aging”, we use the gantry type milling machine to do some work with the main structure in order to make the machine be flat datum.

Many factory omit step (1) and (2) to save time and cost. So the service life of the machine is so short.

(3)We use the High precision helical gear to be the main transmission parts. We do this work in order to improve the accuracy ratio and reduce the noise. In order to improve the rigidity, we ask our supplier of the gears to

sure that all the gears must be undergo special quench treatment.(improve its service life )

(4) The pinch rollers and the transport rollers of our machine are made by alufer for internal gear and the silica gel for the outside roller. Our purpose of using the alufer as the internal gear is to reduce the weight of the rollers and keep the transmission more fluent. We use silica gel as the outside surface in order to improve its service life. The surface of silica gel is not easy viscose and can resistance to the acids or alkali or high temperature.
