MODEL JBC20D CONCRETE MIXER

I. Main Product Features

1.JBC20Dcombines mixing, pumping and placing functions in one which enables to pump and place site mixed concrete to confirmed areas. It is easy to use and cost-effectively for customers.

2. Flexibly trailed and moved according to the placing requirement. Flexibly boom turning with featured slewing control device.

3. Independently pumping and placing function can be used to pump and place ready mixed concrete from concrete truck mixer.

4. Mixing and pumping are completed by one operator. Boom movements are controlled by radio remote controller. Reduce the labor and operate easily.

5. Featured sliding rail connecting between mixing and pumping is easily for maintenance and piston replacement.

6. Powerful diesel engine supply and fully hydraulic control system ensure the safety and reliable.

7. Integrated electronic control system adopts PLC control. Electrical system is simple and stable.

8. Optimal designed arc hopper provides high efficiency suction of concrete.

9. Mixing drums is gear driven which is reliable and won’t slip.

10. Four strong hydraulic outriggers can stretch easily to support the whole machine. Easy to operate and reduce labor.
