High performance, flexibility and profitability

This mobile batching plant is assembled on a common, twin-axles, 13.6m step frame semi-trailer. It is delivered complete with an integrated generating set, two additive pumps, high-pressure cleaner and air compressor for maximum flexibility and performance. The capacity is 25-60 M³/hour for production of ordinary concrete.

For production of stiff-mix concrete, a capacity of 70-75 M³/hour is possible. The powerful pan mixer is equipped with adjustable mixing arms with robust mixing shovels and side scrapers providing a highquality, uniform concrete and a short cycle time. High quality is ensured by the integrated control system which is placed in a built-in cabin.

The control system controls and monitors all processes and connected equipment, for instance a belt conveyor and/or cement silos.

The T2200 is fast and easy to erect. All you have to do is connect electricity, water and any other equipment, and place sand and gravel in the hoppers. The plant is also easy to move between building projects as it can be pulled by a lorry at a maximum speed of 80 km/hour.

The batching plant is a profitable investment which will soon pay for itself and quickly return a profit.

All wearing parts are manufactured using robust materials and can be replaced separately, minimising operating costs. There is free access to all plant functions, facilitating daily cleaning, maintenance and service.
