Introduction

Mixer agitator tank is a steel tank with mixing agitator and used for chemical reaction for mixing, blending and reaction purpose. It either be dished ends structure, or flat top structure. Optional for level gauges, temperature gauges and display device. With manhole, sight glass, inlet & outlet, and spare opennings. It is widely used in chemical, food, pharmaceuticals, resinpolymerization, paint, ink, plant protection agents etc. Custom-made design for the tank shape, specification , accessory and fixing devices

Features

(1)Widely used for biopharmaceutical productive process such as formulating, dissolving, heating, cooling, warm-keeping, cultivating, disinfecting and storage.
(2)Mixing speed reducer should be installed on the top or bottom of the tank according to requirement. Mixing type: Mechanical, magnetic and air mixing systems. Mixing vane type: Anchor type, pusher type, spiral type.
(3)Quick-open manhole integrated visual mirror and lamp thermometer ( digital display or dial type) liquid level gauge interface (capacity, ultrasonic, differential pressure and glass tube type level gauges are available) air breather interface cleaning interface ( 360 Centigrade Automatically-revolving cleaning machine or double-circulating automatic cleaning machine) feed liquid inlet and outlet, backup port steam inlet and outlet condensed water inlet and outlet.
