Description:

1. This machine is mainly used to fill pillow or cushion by mixing the material of regular openedpolyester fiber and small shredded foam.

2. The whole line is assembled by a bale breaker, a fiber opening machine, a foam shredder, aMixer, 3 silos and a set of filling blower.

3.Work process:

a. First of all, put 1 or 2 bales onto the conveyor of the bale breaker by forklift

b. Then the fiber will be transported to the fiber opening machine

c. After opening, the opened fiber will be sent to silo, then sent to the mixer.

d. The foam after foam shredder will be sent to silo and then to the mixer.

e. The weight of each material will be controlled by the sensor under weighing mixer automatically; as soon as one material in the mixer weight is up,that will stop the blower and run up another material feeding.

f. After mixing sufficiently, the mix material will be blowered to silo and then filling operation.
