Vibtrtion screen consists of vibration exciter, ore pulp distributor, screen frame, machine frame, suspension springs and other components. It differs from the conventional screens. With breaking of the surface tension of pulp, and the small granularity is vibrating with high speed on sieve cover. So it accelerates the separating of large-density useful mines, and it can increase the contacting probability of the materials and screen hole. Therefore the separating condition is very well. It makes the smaller materials and the big-density materials get through the sieve pore.
