Masking tape coating machine

Masking tape Masking and pressure sensitive adhesive based on water as the main raw material, coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive masking paper, another top coat to release material made of adhesive tape roll. High temperature, resistance to chemical solvents, high adhesion, softness docile and then tear without leaving adhesive residue and other features. Masking the industry known as pressure sensitive adhesive tape. English name MASKING TAPE.

Unwinder:

(1) Single or double shaft turret type with automatic positioning flying splicers. Composed of AC vector motors and drives, the systems tension is controlled pneumatically by low friction dancer roller.
(2) Edge position controller
Automatic edge position control with infrared sensors.

Coating type:

According to the different products to choose the appropriate coating head ,Glue is accurate

(3)Gravure coating head

(4)Transfer type

Drying Tunnel:

The drying tunnel is opened and closed by pneumatic cylinders, internal transition rollers are connected together with belt and transmitted by an independent AC motor. The tunnel also equiped with a anti-explosion LEL detecting devise.

Rewinder:

(1) Single or double shaft turret type with automatic positioning flying splicers. Composed of AC vector motors and drives, the systems tension is controlled pneumatically by low friction dancer roller.
(2) Automatic Taper tensions can also be easily adjusted on the Panel according to different material specifications for curve, slope, or Straight settings.
(3) Additional Touch roller for both rewinding shafts are pneumatically pressure control ensure the smoothness of the rewinding material

Integrated control panel:

Integrated control panel including human-machine interface touch screen and PLC centralized control system. All of the machine functions and parameters can be monitored and controlled on this user friendly design.
