Compound fertilizer granulator is the main machine to press the organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer into granules.It is suitable for medium or small compound fertilizer factory. We can produce 0.5 ~5 tons compound fertilizers per hour.

The main structure and work principle

The machine contains feeding,granulating,magnetic and lubricating system.In the working process,the moisture in pure organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer should be required 20%~30%.The fertilizer is from hopper into feeding system,by regulating the motor speed getting the suitable material flow.Then through the chute, goes into press room to make granule.In the process of feeding,removing metal impurity through the magnetic separation device.
