How it works

- This Oil Mist Collector uses a high-efficient electronic air cleaning technique–‘electrostatic precipitation’to remove smoke, particles and oil mist.

- When our Oil Mist Collector is in operation, CNC machine oil mist goes through the filter cell where electrostatic charge are created to catch dust particles within the fume.

- Then the captured particles are attracted to the collection tubes, which are then removed and cleaned.

- This process removes up to more than 99% of dust particles from gases.
