Introduction:

1.Thefloating fish food making machine is suitable for making feed for fish,shrimp,frog,pig,duck and so on.The finished products is with characteristics of soft ripeness,high protein,complete nutrition, longer floating time and no waste. Adding some trace elements will promote the growing up of the fish.

2.Mix the wheat peel,corn power,bean power,fish meal and compound premix, put 10-17kg water into the 1kg raw material,mix them equally in the blender. After 3-5minutes,put the material into the floating feed extruder inlet.Pay attention to control the switching off of the charging barrel,from small to large.

3.Cutting pellet section,the size of the pellet depends on the discharging hole. If you want the diameter of the pellet is 4.5cm.,the hole should open 4-5;if you want to get high output,you can open 10-15 holes;the small motor can be adjusted front and back.When discharging,you'd better put 1.5-3kg feed and add more water as starting.

4.After finishing the discharging,unpack the cutting section, take apart the Nut in the head of the extruder,then restart the motor,the residual feed will flow out and clean the Nut pore plate.

7.The package for air cargo is by carton.The package for sea cargo will be packed by Non fumigation export worthy wooden case,we will charge for the package accordingly because our package is made by expert packing company .
