YK Series Circular Vibrating Screen is a product developed by our company according to customers’ needs, introducing foreign advanced technology. Its vibration parameters are matchable with that of the German KHD screen machines.The sieve chamber of the series follows a round path.It is mainly used in classification of coal, limestone, gravel, grit, metal or non-metallic ores and other materials screening.

Structure Feature
The screen is composed of screen chamber, screens, vibrator and the vibrating springs.

Vibrator is installed on the side of the screen, driven by motors through a coupling to generate a centrifugal force to the sieve chamber.Common screen plate is a fragile material.
According to variety of materials and customers needs, customers can use highmanganese steel woven screen plate, perforated metal or rubber ones. Single layer and double layers are optional.

All kinds of sieves are of high screening efficiency, long life, no aperture blockage.
The screen is base mounted.Screen surface inclination can be adjusted by changing the location of spring supports.
The motor can be mounted on the left or right side of the screen chamber,if no special requirements, the motor will be mounted on the right side.
