Because of the drive of the left-right absolute motor can free set the closed hatch angle,the dealig of the weft when it i cut and the oeration of the weave breadth when it uis being adjueted have improved. in addition,the high speed applicable of weaving,the reliability of the leno selvedge quatily and running farts ect aspects have got large improved.

ELO electric weft feeding device

General tention of the weft is tested via the tension sensor.BYCPU processing,because of the hatch open or looseness,or diameter variation of the warp shaft leading to the changing tension of weft,controlling the servo device feeding warp precisely,and keeping balanced tension during fabric process,deleting the exiguous and dense shift when starting the machine,so as to guarantee the fabic equal and smooth.

Adopt high rigidity double back beam and the inner shape of oil-bath positive weft feeding running shaft can meet the weaving demand of high dense fabric more sensitively.
