1.Extrusion part:it is composed of seven sets of asingle screw extruders.

2.Coextrusion die head part:It adopts seven-layer coextrusion overlapping spiral type in-die compounding die head.The die mouth and core can be changed according to the extrusion specifications.

3.The one time membrane pipe cooling and hauling part:this part is composed of water cooling device and the one time hasuling machine.

4.Stretching part:It is composed of the two time hauling device,pre-heating expansion device,heating device,and two channels air ring cooiling device,etc.The two time hauling device and the three time hauling device play the role of stetching,which can finish different stretching ratio through adjusting the speed ratio of the two hauling devices.

5.Heat treatment part:it is composed of the four time hauling device,heat sizing tower,and air ring.

6.Rotation coiling part:It is composed of the five hauling device with herringbone roll plate,and friction coilling device.
