Our Batch Incubators have the same hatching capacity as their incubating capacity. This means that you can fill all the incubating trays in one go and then, at the end of the incubation period, transfer all the eggs to the hatching baskets that are also contained within the same machine. This enables a less complicated incubating and hatching procedure and simplifies your rearing arrangements.

Batch Incubators are a better option for small to mid-scale home and smallholding situations where you want to simplify the end-to-end breeding of poultry and minimism your workload.

Note that the Batch Incubators can also be used as Cycle Incubators if you so wish, and therefore offer the greatest flexibility.

Cycle Incubators

Our Cycle Incubators have less hatching capacity than incubating capacity. This means that you have to fill the incubating trays in a cycle, one or two trays at a time, to match hatching capacity, leaving at least 4 days between each loading of eggs. The benefit of this system is that you can frequently load eggs into the incubating/hatching/rearing system and maintain a near-continuous production of day old chicks of many species. Cycle Incubators are better suited for mid to large scale operations and commercial situations, where you can manage the both the egg incubating and hatching schedule as well as the subsequent rearing of multiple age groups of chicks.
