Unit Structure:

The dust collector is constituted of five parts: upper box body,middle box body,lower box body,ash discharge system and pulse jet ash removal system. The upper box body includes dust blower; The middle box body includes filter unit,perforated plate,air inlet guide plate,fire extinguisher; Ash discharge system includes ash hopper,airtight plug-in boards valve,storafe vat; Pulse jet ash removal system includes controller,solenoid valve,blowing pipe and air pocket.

Working Principle:

The dusty gas enters into the dust collector box body through pipes from air outlet of machine tool bottom,eliminate the sparkd in the air with fire extinguisher advance,then go through the gravity's separation and filter cartridge of filtration effect,clean air is discharged from air outlet pass through filter cartridge,the dust accumulates on the surface of filter cartridge increase with the time goes,pulse jet ash removal system according to the setting of injection procedure,injection valve opens by order,compressed air in the air pocket ejects from each hole of blowing pipe,the internal of filter cartridge expands by high pressure,the dust attached to the outside of filter cartridge drops in the dust hopper,discharges into storage vat through ash valve,then dump storage van regularly will be ok.

Applicable Scope:

It can be widely used on the dust removal of waste gas in various laser cutting machine tools,plasma cutting toolds ect. mechanical working industry,rubber dust ect. Especially apply to the industry or working situation with high temperature dust.
