1.description of bimetal bushing :

Guide bush (picture shows is with shoulder type, we can also manufacture without shoulder )

material: low carbon steel back+sintered bronze(CuPb10Sn10 or CuSn6Zn6Pb3 )

hardness of bronze alloy:70-100HB;hardness of mating surface:53HRC

heat Treatment:Vacuumed or high frequency, carburizing .

diameter size :above 8mm (standard type)

length size :above 12mm (standard type)

guide bush made of the finest quality alloy steel with copper inserted. They are hardened and precision ground to reduce wear and give longer life under severe molding on die casting conditions. The ID is ground to close tolerances in order to maintain a smooth, but firm , running fit with standard guide pins.
