NANOMETER CHROME PRO SPRAY PLATING SYSTEM

Chrome pro is a hybrid of paint and plating that allows you to coat

anything from metals, ceramics, plastics, glass and even wood with a

mirror like chrome Profinish.

Chrome pro is ideal for use where conventional electroplating and

Vacuum metalizing are unsuitable in due to cost, size, design,

substrate material or environmental issues.

The Chrome pro system is comprised of three proprietary coatings.

There are no restrictions in size of the object: during the chemical metallization process, the size of the object is not restricted. In contrast to the galvanic plating process or a process of vacuum metallization, where the size of the covered item is limited by the size of a basin or vacuum chamber, here are no size limits at all.

Ability to gain the desired color: adding to a protective lacquer pigmented toners can produce a metal coating of any tone, including the appearance of chrome, aluminum, gold, copper, bronze and other metals and alloys.

Environmentally friendly coating: unlike chrome plating, spray plating process is free of any heavy metals and carcinogenic constituents, and therefore does not harm the environment.

Shipment
