1.The specific construction of the emulsifier creates big circulation. All materials are mixed and circulated in short time. High speed rotating rotor creates huge suction force which sucks material into center hollow of stator, after shearing, the materials jet out of the stator. The baffle plate’s hight is customized according to material’s viscosity and process requirement.

4 Advantages

1. Material: wetted parts SS304 or SS316L

2. Optional seals: PTFE, reinforced seal and double-end mechanical seal

3. This type of emulsifier works in atmosphere, vacuum and pressure condition and manage to deal with medium and high viscous material.

4. Materials are sucked from bottom and jetted from top which is good for poor flow material.
