It is based on the JECPS, Remote Control Switch Circuit Breaker, and assembled with mechanical or electrical interlocks and accessories.

a. Scope of JECPS

It is of modular design, associated and coordinated with the functions of traditional circuit breaker, fuse, contactor, over-load relay, starter, and disconnector, intended for remotely or local manually controlled circuits, having front indications, signal alarm and time-current characteristics, and also available for control and protection of motors and distribution circuits by using optional modules or accessories.

- Short-circuit break capacity: 35kA for type C(Economic); 50kA for type Y (Standard); 80kA for type H(High capacity).

- Breaking time ( type Y standard): at prospective short-circuit current 2-3ms, at current limiting 0.2 and below.
