Explanation of Data

Spray volume :
Water is supplied from a well to the self-priming water pump,

and using a float type area flow meter, the water amount is measured

and a pressure value ranging from 0.05MPa ~ 0.5MPa is shown in spec sheets.

Spray Angle :
The spray angleis measuredat spray pressures of 0.05, 0.2, and 0.5MPa.

(Note: F and NF use 0.1MPa data instead of 0.05MPa.)

APS(Average Particle Size) :
We use a method called "the immersion method" for measuring particle diameter,

in which we attach a ring with a diameter of 20 mm and a thickness of 2 mm to

a transparent plate and fill it with silicon oil, then expose it to a spray pressure

of 0.2MPa and capture the mist.

Rapid-fire magnified photographs are taken and the number and size of the

particles are calculated.

We use Sauter's mean diameter formula to calculate the mean particle diameter.

Measuring performed by under only 0.2 MPa spray pressure,

so please use it as a refference.
