1.Chute Feeder

Product Details:

Chute feeder is generally hoisted on the discharge outlet of the ore bin.

Feeding is realized through reciprocation of the bottom plate of the chute, with the speed of 20-60 times/min, and stroke of 20-200mm. The feeding quantity depends on the stroke, which is adjustable.

The method of adjusting the stroke: make proper adjustment through adjusting the eccentricity of eccentric wheel of drive unit.

Chute Feeder is suitable for beneficiation, coal, chemical and other industries. The feeder sends granular and lump materials from storage silos to different types of devices, but it’s not suitable for feeding of pure mineral powder and other powdery materials.

Remarks:

According to the beneficiation scale and operation rules, specify the model of corresponding feeder, which shall be made by us.

The motor can be changed to a speed-regulating motor, which shall require a special order.

2. Oscillating/Swaying Feeder

Product Details:

Oscillating/Swaying feeder is usually used as the feeding equipment combining ball mill with ore belt conveyor, with two modes of adjusting the capacity of ore feed: adjusting the eccentricity of the eccentric wheel; adjusting the flashboard of discharging ore.

This type of feeder is suitable for beneficiation, coal, chemical and other industries. The feeder sends granular and lump materials from storage silos to different types of devices. It is not suitable for the materials that are dry or for particles that are too large.

According to the beneficiation scale and operation rules, specify the model of corresponding feeder, which shall be made by us.

3. GZ Series Magnetic Vibration-actuated Feeder

Product Details:

GZ series magnetic vibration-actuated feeder feeds massive, particle and powdery materials from the storage bunker or hopper to the receiving device evenly and continuously or at a fixed quantity, with infinitely variable control of the quantity of materials fed available. It can also realize centralized control and automatic control of the production flow. With the features of small cubic measurement, light weight, convenient installation, free of rotating parts, no lubrication required, convenient maintenance, high working frequency, and low electric consumption, it is widely applied to such industries as mining, metallurgy, coal, light industry, power plant, machinery, food, etc. Mode of adjusting the quantity of ore fed: adjusting the electric current. Due to its small amplitude and high frequency, it is not suitable for the viscous or wet powdery materials.

4. ZC Series Disk Feeder

Product Details:

ZC series disk feeder is an easy installation machine that is suitable for feeding mineral powder with sizes below 20mm. There are two types of this machine, namely, open type and closed type.With these types(open and closed) of machines, feeding quantity can be controlled properly by adjusting the position of scraper. The open type is suitable for dry and soft materials feeding, while the closed type is suitable for sticky ores with much mud and moisture feeding.

Remarks:

If you don’t have the special requirements, we will supply the open-type product.

5. Belt Feeder

Product Details:

Belt feeder is a kind of belt conveying equipment, with a shorter length and lower belt speed, suitable for conveying powdery materials.

Remarks:

1.While placing your order, make sure to specify the belt model and length.

2.The mounted position of the motor can be changed to a different direction as is required by the customer.If there is no special requirement, the feeder will be made in accordance with standard drawings.

3.We can design and make the feeders of different lengths as are required by customers.

6. DK Disk Feeder

Product Details:

DK disc feeder is of suspension opening type, suitable for feeding the powdery material of grain size less than 20mm. With a complex structure, this

kind of feeder is durable. It is hung above bottom opening of fine-ore bin. The quantity of ore feeding is adjusted through adjusting the position of

scraper.

7. DZ Series Motor Vibrating Feeder

and automatic control of the production flow. It is widely applied to such industries as mining, metallurgy, coal, light industry, power plant, machinery,

food,etc.
