3 in 1 energy drink filling machine

Filling machine/bottling machine are composed rinsing,filling, and capping in one machine.The whole process is automatic.The handle of the machine can be freely and conviniently turned to adjust the machine to fill virious types of bottles.The filling operation of the new type is adopted.

1. Description:

The unit with 3 functions,bottle washing/filling/capping,widely used for filling non-gas contained drinks such as purified water, mineral water etc. And the bottle material is PET,volume from 0.3L-2L.It is perfect in performance, reliable in operation.Suitable for all kinds of bottle,round,square.

2. Features:

1)The main frame made of steel, 304 stainless steel exterior layer, 304 stainless steel frame, and adjustable feet.

2)Conveying system adopts star wheel, smooth transmission, stainless steel chain.

3)Number of washing head is 18 pcs, 304 stainless steel chassis wash pipes are heat-resistant.

4)Number of filling head is 18 pcs, and parts contacted with liquid are made of 304 stainless steel. Inner surface is dealt with polishing. There is stainless steel returning tube, no dead space.

5)Number of capping head is 6 pcs, screw head using magnetic torque device to facilitate torque adjustment, the torque of capping head can be set in accordance with the actual production needs.
