Agitating tank is a necessary device for increasing reaction time of medication action and enhancing the quality of chemical reagent reaction through mixing the chemical reagent and ore pulp uniformly by the rotation of impeller driven by V-belt of the motor. Agitating tank is applicable for ore dressing industry, as well as the agitation of pulp in other industries.

Features:

This product is the most commonly used ordinary agitating tank at present. Located at the bottom opening of the cycling cylinder, its impeller feeds the ore pulp and chemical reagent into the cycling cylinder with a suction orifice for agitating. The new impeller designed by through experiments is different from the original agitating tank I and II, with high agitating efficiency.

Notes for selection:

1.We can make rubber impeller, and nylon impeller, etc as required by the customer. Please specify the type while placing your order.

2.We can arrange the relative positions of the motor, receiving opening and discharging opening as required by the customer. Generally, relevant parts are assembled at the time of on-site installation.

3.There are two types of RJ atitating tank: cone base and flat base. Please specify it if a cone base type is demanded.
