Main Features:

This Double Glazing Insulated Glass machine is composed of glass loading section, washing and drying section, and light inspection section, spacer bar attaching section, out-panel assembly section, panel press section and lifting table.

1.Imported low tension electrical elements,sensor and PLC control.

2.Automatic control for LOW-E glass,automatically distinguish the coating side of coated glass and LOW-E glass.

3.Safe hydraulic system for safe processing.High efficiency ,storage for the small pieces of glasses. Wash glass continuously.

4.Proface touch screen ,user friendly design. Dynamic display of the working process and break down during the working .

5.It can produce the overlength ,large and small pieces of glass,also can produce the normal and different shape insulating glass and the three-ply insulating glass.

6.Washing and drying section is made of stainless steel ,three pairs of brushes are controlled independently,automatic washing of the LOW-E glass and and won't break the coating.

7.Seven parts of the whole line imported the motors controlled by the sensors.The slow down,buffers,stop ,speed up and transmit functions improve the working efficiency and decrease the wearout of the delivery wheel.

8. The dry part use high power fun that ensure the dry effect for glass and delay-time starting system to prevent too much of the line current.

9.Imported suction device to prevent the moving of the glass during the working.
