NE51 Profile

Rapid cooling machines from Sunshine Energy offer a number of unique benefits that are barely met by its counterparts in the marketplace. In essence, machines are designed to provide cooling solutions for viscous, semi-liquid or liquid food products especially for small-mid size caters whose production throughput can not economically warrant the use of tumble chillers or for those who work heavily with liquid/semi-liquid food products which can not properly handled by blast chillers. Machines are by all means created for those conventional kitchens who seek to enhance the efficiency but have yet deployed the benefits of rapid cooling machines.

NE51 can chill a maximum of 80 liters of liquid food products with higher density and thickness from 100°C to 35°C in just one easy step of 12 minutes. The 219 conducting tubes are professionally polish burnished, which not only facilitate heat transfer in an unparalleled speed but prevent food residue attaching to the equipment. Test results from Food Industry Research and Development Institute, an authorized third party institute in Taiwan, shows that the amount of bacteria found in the soup which has been chilled by our machine down to 18 °C is in fact lower than the amount of bacteria found in the boil soup at 95°C. The lower amount of bacteria underlines a more stable food quality and a longer shelf time.

NE51 contains the following modules:
NE51cooling machine x 1
NE51 water trough x 1
Food container x 1
Forklift x 1

Rapid cooling machines from Sunshine Energy offer a number of unique benefits that are barely met by its counterparts in the marketplace:

Designed for smaller size kitchens
Although the benefits of using the cook chill method are well known, not every kitchen has the volume of production to warrant a blast chiller or tumble chillers. Rapid cooling machines from Sunshine Energy offer 4 different sizes of machine ranging from 15 liters to 80 liters per batch, ideal for small-mid size production throughput who intend to enhance the efficiency with the help of a rapid chiller or for caters who need stay a head of competition by regularly updating the menus.

Robust quality
Built to perform, built to last. The durable stainless steel exterior and interior are easy to clean and can hold up to the rigors of kitchen operation. Manufactured according to HACCP notion and to food grade standards. Highly durable material out of SUS46/316 and Titanium. All units undergo a rigorous computer-assisted, quality assured analysis that integrates a variety of testing protocols from leak detection and performance evaluation to system performance.

Low cost of ownership
A stander blast chiller is often composed of thousands of moving parts, annual consumables such as chain, track, and shackles. Upkeep on these components and the maintenance of numerous drives requires significant additional expense, adding on top is the cost of support personnel in maintenance and sanitation. Rapid cooling machines from Sunshine Energy on the other hand has a long established track record of low cost maintenance and labor requirement. The relative low annual cost of ownership is recognized as a key component in establishing a cost effective operating budget.

Fast chilling time
As oppose to blast chillers where cooling medium is only acting on the outer surface, rapid cooling machine from Sunshine Energy deploys in-house developed conducting tubes and dual water pipes where water circulating through the intact vascular system theoretically offering significant reductions in cooling time.

Homogeneous temperature
Depending on the type of food, sometimes the temperature difference within a pail can be as big as 20°C and this is especially true when the cooling target is attribute to thickness, dense or high viscosity. The ineffective heat radiating often lead to rotten food resulting in unnecessary food waste. Rapid cooling machines from Sunshine Energy ensure even cooling, that is, the central temperature is consistent with the side and surface temperature; at the same time, food grains are perfectly preserved throughout the cooling process.

Ease of Use
We have put a great amount of thought into the design of our rapid cooling machines to make them simple to operate. No complicated display or mass of switches: a simple menu-driven dial enables even a operator to work the unit in seconds. Audio and visible visual alerts in case of the temperature drifting too high allow you to act in time. Also, machines are designed on module basis allowing quick assemble and dissemble. One does not need to depend on the schedule of maintenance staff but can exchange parts based on provided user manual. Videos of assemble and dissemble of each model are available on our website.

Easy cleaning
No kitchen can compromise on hygiene. A clean kitchen is the primary basis for any food preparation facility or catering business. Products that are hygienically designed and easy to clean are a real benefit in any kitchen. Many agree that one of the biggest concerns for catering industry is cleaning and sanitizing the areas associated with air chilling. Most blast chillers still require significant manual cleaning; depending on the size of the system there are anywhere from 8 to 16 air coolers and associated air delivery ducts to be cleaned on a daily basis. Rapid cooling machines from Sunshine Energy on contrary are designed without dead angle, without pipe ducts and without porous surface. Food residue does not stay on PE treated, vertically-arrayed conducting tubes, making cleaning and sanitizing jobs much easier. Videos of cleaning and steam disinfection are available on our website.

Low power consumption
As surprising as it may sound, the largest model from Sunshine Energy takes as much energy as a notebook computer. The machines offer three cooling options with the aim to provide the flexibility of maximum energy saving. For instance, the choice of dual cooling option takes only as much as 27% energy of what a conventional compressor-driving cooling equipment would need. Videos of power consumption tests are available on our website.

Low water consumption
The design of highly effective conducting tubes in combination with dual water pipes helps to save the greatest amount of water; the water can then be recycled and used for other purposes. Videos of water consumption tests are available on our website.

No pipeline food transportation
Pipeline food transportation is well known in providing an ideal breeding environment for bacteria as one cubic mm of food residue can produce tens of millions of bacteria. At Sunshine Energy, quality control begins right from the design of machines–we manufacture only machines without dead angles and polished metal elements.

Streamline production flow
The design of our rapid cooling machines supports a streamline work process from material releasing, cooling and filling, to final lifting and packing. The lid covers the food pail throughout the cooling process and thus the risk of food cross contamination is effectively reduced.
