Features:

1 The temperature of ice is lower and it can reach 8 celsius degree below zero

2 Ice is dry and transparent, good looking shape, non-caked, good mobility and sanitary.

In the course of evaporator design and development, the internal struccture is paied with spwciial attention so as to improve the heat conduction efficiency of the inner wall of evaporator and keep the loop unblocked with special technology.
The internallyscraping icemaking mode has been adopted.Unde this mode,ice blades scrape ice on the inner wall of the evaporator while the evaporator itself doesn't move, it reduces the loss of energy as much as possible, guarantees the supply of cooling agent as well as lowers the probability of cooling agent leakage.

2.Special material

This evaporator with fixed vertical design is made of SUS316 or carbon steel with high heat transfer efficiency and surface Nobelium electroplated.And the automatic protection welding equipment and annealing heat treatment furnace ensure the ice machine high quality and performance better.

4.Water return system
The water flowing down the inner wall of evapprator flows into the water trough through the water pan at the bottom of evaporator and then into the water tank.The largearea design and structure of water reception pan ensure that no water leaks from leaks from the bootom of ice laker and adoid lumped ice flakes

5.Ice blade never deformation

Our spiral ice blade researched & developed and produced by ourselves independent is make of high-performance high-performance strong stainless steel and formed through only one time process.Its scientific structure,clean hygiene,reasonable spiral angle and accurate cylindricity make it cut ice with less resistance,no noise,vibration and balance.
