APPLICATIOINS:

The machine is especially used to overlay the wooden veneer or the decorative paper on decoration strips, aluminium and plastic material. Adopting high standard in gelatinizing.the machine could cover various angles, curve, concave and convexity. Slot wrap border etc, which suit for constrution maturial furniture, table,windows and door decorative strip and relative industry.

FEATURES:

1.The bottom wheels are all made by silicon rubber ,they are wearable and not sticky to the glue , it can be used long.

2.Bottom wheel and pressing wheel are using silicon rubber aluminum wheel. They are anti abrasive. It does not stick to the hot sol.

3.The conveying system adopts the high precise gears which is anti abrasive.

4. The hot melt glue is coated as the rolling way while the water based and the oil based glue is coated as the scraping way.
