HRC(HR) NEW HIGH PRESSURE THICKENERS

The HRC(HR) high-pressure thickener has the characteristic of large handling capacity and high underflow density, which can be 70% at maximum, it is more 20-50% than conventional thickener, and the handling capacity more 4-10 times than the conventional. The high-pressure thickener(patent No.: ZL201220126054.7) and fluidization flocculant dilution device (patent No.: ZL201220136027.X) obtain practical new type patent.

The work process of HRC(HR) high-pressure thickener:

Slurry enter into getter device, then enter central vortex dispersed well through chute or pipe, where blending with the chemical agent, then enter the dense phase layer of thickener, after flocculation again, filtering and concentration reaction in thickener, the overflow discharged from upper overflow weir after clarification, high density underflow discharge from underflow outlet.
