Working principle of silica sand dryer machine:

Silica sand to be dried enters the rotary drier and as the rotary drier rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining of the wall on the rotary drier,

when the silica sand raising up by the lifting board,and will falls back down to the bottom of the rotary drier, passing through the hot gas stream when the silica sand falling.
