1.Introduction:

The sawdust drier machine also called pipeline type drier, adopting twice circulate heating system, is our newly developed advanced drying equipments, and show the features of automatic feeding, high hot airflow speed, fully mixing of airflow and materials, big drying strength, lower dust and bigger drying capacity. Moisture in the raw mateials of less than 40% can be drying one time to meet the requirement for coal bar production, which greatly reduced the labor intensity compared with commonly used drier.

2.Working Principle of Flash Dryer

Hot air enters into stirring and drying chamber from the bottom of dryer with suitable atomizing speed. It exerts strong shearing, blowing, floating and rotating effect to raw material. Therefore raw material is granulated through centrifugating, shearing, impacting and friction effect. It strengthens the process of heat exchange. At the bottom of dryer, the large and damp granule is crushed under the action of stirrer and the granule that is small in particle and contain less moisture will lift accompanied with revolving air stream. During the period of lift, it is dried further. Because gas and solid two phases flow in heat exchange, so the machine has strong drying capacity.

Advantages :

(1) Raw material is processed by cutting, shearing, blowing, floating and rotating, then become granulated shape and separated greatly, the relative velocity between solid phase and gas phase is great, this strengthens the process of heating exchange. Therefore , this machine has strong drying capacity.

(2) This machine combines the whirl technology with the fluidity .ejection and smashing step technologies , can be used for a wide range.

(3) Drying hot air enters into the bottom of machine and formed strong rotating airflow, it can wash out material sticking on inside surface .

(4) In high temperature area at bottom of equipment, heat sensitive raw material will not directly contact with heating surface. As a result, carbonization and color change problems can be solved.

(5) A segmenting ring and a rotational flow piece are equipped in the upper drying room in order to control granulated size and finished products wet containing rate.
