Screw element
1)Screw element is the main wearing parts and accessories of parallel twin screw extruder. The extrusion material

quality stability depends entirely on the threaded element is good or not.With the help of computer,our professional

designers has designed accurate scientific and rational screw components which are highly self-cleaning properties.It

convenient to the users to clean screw better.The mating block has excellent meshing, mixing and glass fiber shear

effect.

2)High speed tool steel W6Mo5Cr4V2 and Nitrided steel 38CrMoAlA were used in the Durable threadedsleeve and

thekneading block as their raw materials.It can make sure that customers of the extrusion machine downtime to a

minimum.

3)Inner hole shape: involute , six spline , single spline, inner hexagon, cruciate spline.We also can supply Products of

special specifications according to the special requirements of customers.

Extruder barrel

By means of the replaceable screw barrel sections, the processing sections is devided into individual zones. The barrels

are heated electrically. In addition, the barrels are provided with longitudinal boresfor cooling with water. Uniform

temperature distribution.The screw barrels are made of nitrided steel. In order to increase the service life of the screw

barrels, these are provided with wear resistant inserts.
