STRUCTURE AND MECHANISM

Raw material supplial by a supplying device is scattered and agitated by the airflow in front of the screen set up on a suction port of the blower housed in a body so that aggregation and condensation may be loosen.

Thus. the raw material is uniformly atomized.passes the screen and is caught by the catching device.

The powder that does not go through the screen and the powder that is attached.are blown away by the compressed air so that they may be removed from the screen and discharged.

Since the screen is always cleaned by the airbrush by the above-mentioned structure and machanism. there I no risk of clogging. Consequently .sifting with 1000mesh 2000mesh becomes also possible.
