(1) Close the power of the electric appliance box.
(2) Make sure that the emergency switch is on, press the initiation button. The power in on and the touch screen is light.
(3) There comes the main picture of cylinder making on the touch screen. Under the menu "techniques", set all the working parameters based on the requirements.
(4) When the warp beam is placed between the two brackets, run according to the established procedure:
When the warp beam rises, the warp beam clamps and brackets run down, open the compression roller front and back. Then pull up the pneumatic hand valve. After the yarn runs through the warp beam and the three-rolling mangle, press the compression roller.
(5) Press the initiation button to start the threading. If there happens an accident, press the "stop" button or the emergency button, then the machine will stop.
(6) Set up the tension parameter on the left operation panel according to the tension of yarn in need.
We are in charge of the installation
The following points are to be noted in the daily operation by the operators so as to maximize its life span:
-Rid up the chassis, all the drive parts and other flock powder or thrum. Clean the oil stain.
-Add oil or creesh in to the oil hole according to the provision.
-Check all the Connections and fastener in case of being adrift.
-Check the security and validity of the security and electric device.
-No working parameter can be changed in the motion of the machine.
-The machine should be shutdown if any error occurs in the operation. Based on the premise of reading the instruction book, check all the parts carefully. Any puzzling question should be told without delay and handled properly by the professional.
-Don't change arbitrarily the control procedure in the programmable procedure. Programmable procedure control is a general control unit. Users shouldn't insert programming unit nor change anything on it, otherwise severe accident may occur.
-The control parameter and program of the servo drive should not be changed. During the installation and debugging of the device, the parameters are settled. The random change may cause the wrong running or even damage the device.
-Replacing the parts of machine
1. The factory needs to be informed when replacing the programmable controller and servo drive.
2. Users can directly replace the servo motor with the same model. Otherwise, the factory should be informed.
3. Users can directly replace other low-voltage electrical components and standards of the same model.
